The Finns have two folk sayings related to the sauna - "Sauna is the poor man's hospital", the second one, which is categorical "If sauna or vodka can't cure you - you're dead!". Frequent sauna visits are the ideal anti-stress remedy, indispensable for cleansing the body of toxins. After the sauna, a cold shower procedure can be performed (you will find it in the adjacent room, right next to the sauna). The outdoor mineral pool is suitable for both summer months. Thanks to its southern exposure, it is the sunniest place in the complex, which guarantees many smiles, tan and good mood.
